The team includes both locally trained Indonesian plumbers who know Bali's construction norms and building stock, and technically trained specialists who've worked in construction outside Indonesia. How We Work
All jobs start with a WhatsApp assessment. You describe the issue, we ask the questions that help us understand what type of problem it is, and we either give you an upfront quote or advise that we need to see it first. We don't send a van on the assumption that we'll figure out the price on arrival.
For diagnostic visits — pressure testing, fault tracing — we charge a flat visit rate that's credited toward the repair if we do the work. For straightforward jobs with a known scope, we quote the full job upfront.
We carry common materials — PPR pipe and fittings, PVC fittings, standard water heater elements and thermostats — in the van. Most straightforward repairs are completed on the first visit without a parts run.
Coverage
We cover all of south and central Bali: Canggu, Seminyak, Berawa, Pererenan, Kuta, Legian, Ubud, Sanur, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and surrounding areas. Response time varies by location — most south Bali areas within 2–3 hours for urgent calls.
