A failed fitting under pressure can put hundreds of litres into a villa in an hour. First move — yours or ours — is the main valve; then we isolate the failed section, cap or replace it, and pressure test before reopening the supply.
Blocked Toilet or Main Drain
One toilet in the villa and it's blocked at 23:00 — that's an emergency by any honest definition. We clear traps, lines and septic connections with augers and, where needed, drain machines, and we tell you what caused it so it stops recurring.
Water Heater Leaking or Scalding
A tank relief valve stuck open, a corroded tank seam letting go, or solar-loop water arriving at dangerous temperature. We isolate the unit, make it safe, and either repair on the spot or quote a replacement for daylight.
